Conor Oberst & The Mystic Valley Band Documentary Gets DVD Release
In 2009, Conor Oberst and the Mystic Valley Band released a free documentary online chronicling the band’s formation and the work they’ve done together. Now, the film, titled One of My Kind: The Story of the Mystic Valley Band, will be receiving a proper release on May 15th. Filmed by guitar tech Philip Schaffart, the doc encompasses the band’s entire career as a working unit, and includes footage from the recording sessions behind both Conor Oberst and Outer South. The DVD will include a CD composed of B-sides, the tracklist of which you can check out below along with a trailer for the film:
