Dr. Dog just released a music video for a track off of there new album Be The Void called “That Old Black Hole”.  The album was recorded in Dr. Dogs home studio in Philly where they seem to spend lots of time.  From having a few studio pets to building onto the studio with shelves, swings etc… the guys seem to always be busy.

This video, shot by Dr. Dog’s merch guy and all around jack of all traits, Forrest Reda, and is comprised completely of clips of there studio pet named Rubinowski, a dwarf hamster on a wheel!

“I have plenty of footage of the band actually recording, but for this song, the band wanted to memorialize  Rubinowski, the dwarf hamster, whose energy was an integral part of making this record”

– Forrest Reda
