The whisky-fueled, working-class troupe out of Boston, Dropkick Murphys, are on their mega March U.S. tour and will be bringing a rowdy bunch to the House of Blues in Atlantic City tomorrow, March 9th. Joining the Dropkicks are one of the most celebrated punk-gone-folk singer/songwriters of the past and current year: Frank Turner. A brilliant pairing for a tour, I may say. Turner’s endless touring (the man literally lives on the road) and immensely captivating performances are sure to enhance the explosive energy that Boston’s blue-collar crew is known for bringing to shows.
I recently had the chance to talk with Frank Turner about his touring, upcoming releases and just about anything else I could get out of the talented fella. You can check the interview out here on Pop-Break.com.
Frank Turner will be ending his U.S. tour right here in Asbury Park, NJ on March 18th at the Wonder Bar on Ocean Ave.
