Fred Armisen and Carrie Brownstein Announce 'Portlandia' Tour
IFC’s Portlandia is one of the funniest shows on television. It also happens to be very strongly connected with indie rock, featuring musicians like Colin Meloy, Annie Clark, and James Mercer regularly. One of the shows creators Carrie Brownstein is of Slater Keany fame herself. Considering all of this, it doesn’t come as a huge surprise that Brownstein and co-creator Fred Armisen would want to take this show on the road. ‘Portlandia’ has now been envisioned as a live show, and you can check out tour dates below, along with some of the shows more memorable musical moments:
