World-renowned electro producer and recording artist Gramatik has announced new late Summer and Fall tour dates throughout North America and Europe. The 35-date run begins in September and stretches through November, including performances in the U.S, Canada, France and Germany, as well as, a number of additional European destinations. The tour will support a forthcoming EP entitled, Epigram, for which a release date will be announced shortly.

The upcoming world tour caps a banner year for Gramatik, which found the Slovenia-born, NYC-based artist celebrating a number of major successes. In the Spring, Gramatik dropped two new singles “Corporate Demons” and “Native Son” featuring Orlando Napier and legendary Wu Tang Clan MC Raekwon. He would premiere the latter onstage at Coachella with Raekwon joining him live for the performance. He would also produce and score the independent film, The Condor, which was released via BitTorrent and has gone onto be downloaded over one million times since May. Most recently, Gramatik’s track “Torture” was tapped for the trailer of the Netflix crime drama Narcos about the life and times of Pablo Escobar.

On the performance front, Gramatik sold out the legendary Colorado venue Red Rocks Amphitheatre for the second year in a row, delivering an epic performance in the midst of a blizzard. He’d then head into summer festival season with sets at Bonnaroo, Hangout Festival, Electric Forest, Sonar, Rock-A-Field, Paleo and Sea Dance among numerous others with appearances still to come through August, including Sziget Festival, Untold Festival, Rock-En-Seine, Electric Zoo, TomorrowWorld and One Tribe.

Gramatik initially came to the world’s attention by being among the first artists to embrace file sharing, releasing his music for free at various online outlets, including BitTorrent where he’s one of the most downloaded artists in the history of the platform. He started producing beats as a teenager for his own hip-hop group, but would later expand his production skills to incorporate jazz, funk and soul influences that now define the intelligent and groundbreaking electro sound for which he’s revered.

In 2013, Gramatik established his own record label, Lowtemp, which was “created by artists for artists.” It allowed him to further realize his idea of music as a free medium. He’s instilled the venture with an ethos of “freeing the music by making it free,” while serving as an outlet for innovative, forward-looking artists to share their sounds with the world. Lowtemp now totals a staggering 100+ million trackable album downloads. Gramatik’s philosophy has translated into a true cultural movement for the future of music consumption.
