Hear Justin Vernon's Song for a 25-Piece Silver Lake Chorus
Bon Iver’s Justin Vernon has written a song for Los Angeles’ Silver Lake Chorus. It’s called “From the Snow Tipped Hills,” and you can hear it below. The chorus, who’s also worked with The Lonely Island, is coming out with their Wreckage EP on September 18. The record will be produced by Ben Lee, and features songs written by Justin Vernon, and the New Pornographers’ A.C. Newman. In a future album, the Silver Lake Chorus will sing songs written by Of Montreal, Aimee Mann, Sia, Tegan and Sara, the Bird and the Bee, and a few others.
