Heidecker & Wood Share Video
In case you haven’t heard, soft-rock-legends-in-the-making Tim Heidecker, co-creator and star of “Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Great Job!,” and Davin Wood, composer on “Tim and Eric…,” have released their debut album as Heidecker & Wood, called Starting From Nowhere. It’s available now on Little Record Company.
Today, as we continue to let the world know the wonders of Heidecker & Wood, we share with you the video for “Life on the Road,” a song about the loneliness and monotony felt by traveling performers across the world. Created by fan Aaron Preacher after Tim Heidecker smartly (and cheaply) requested that his fans submit videos for his songs via Twitter (@timheidecker), it’s initially a slow ride, but turns into one of the albums true rockers. Aaron’s video was made from some pretty special (also cheap) stock footage, and is the perfect visual representation of the dullness and depravity of celebrity. Complete with cascading pills, flashing needles and household cement, people boogieing down, highways and more, this, ladies and gentlemen, is life on the road. Watch the video below.
