The fourth Boston Calling Music Festival is set to happen September 5-7 and promises an awesome experience for both local and out-of-town listeners. Crashline Productions boasts yet another line-up of excellent performers and musicians for this fall’s edition of Boston’s first major music festival. With a mixture of big names like The National, The 1975, Lorde, Childish Gambino, Nas X The Roots and lesser known up-and-comers like the mystery band that will open Saturday’s set, the festival will definitely be a solid mix of old and new favorites. With artists ranging across so many genres the festival does what festivals do best: it has something for everyone.
Taking place in the heart of Boston at the City Hall Plaza, the festival has partnered with Sam Adams and Sonicbids, among others, to create a great listening experience. The winner of a Sonicbids competition held earlier this year will be performing first thing Saturday and surely wowing us all. Sam Adams will be hosting its annual Octoberfest celebrations within the festival. What better way to bring in fall than surrounding yourself with everything Boston has to offer and a dynamic line-up while holding a stein of Sam Adams in your over-twenty-one hand?
