Indie Supergroup, Divine Fits, Announces First Shows
So Britt Daniel of Spoon, Dan Boeckner of Wolf Parade/Handsome Furs, and Sam Brown of New Bomb Turks recently decided to start an indie super-group called Divine Fits and have come out with a few album details. Now they’ve announced their first four shows. The first three shows will take place in each of the members’ hometowns: Austin, Montreal, and Columbus respectively. And they’ll also play in San Francisco as well. Ten “golden tickets” to the shows will be released on the band’s first single (My Love is Real) in the cities in which they perform. Their LP A Thing Called Divine Fits comes out August 28 in the States, and a day prior in the U.K. and Europe. Check out the details below, along with their song “My Love is Real.”
