Lou Reed Tribute – Band/Artist Sign Up

Thanks for your interest in performing at the Tribute to Lou Reed show presented by Tri State Indie and WCL on the evening of December 7 at World Cafe Live (Upstairs) in Philadelphia. This show benefits local MANNA & Philabundance charities.

We were all heartened to learn about the passing of Lou Reed on Oct. 27th. World Cafe Live and Tri State Indie are celebrating his life through a Tribute Show.  We are gathering 10 area musicians to perform their rendition a few of his songs, and to share what his music meant to them.

All proceeds (besides production, promotion, and organizational costs) will go directly to the charities. For this reason all performers will be part of the tribute as a benefit.  Beer & Snacks will be provided backstage for all performing artists.

Please fill out the entire form below to submit your request to play and choice of songs. If selected, you will be contacted and with more details, informed of the (3) songs that you will be performing, and asked to confirm your availability.

Selected bands/artists will be contacted via email with full details and assigned songs (based on their choices) by Wed. Nov 20th, 2013.
