Metric Performs at The Tower Theatre

Metric made a stop through Philadelphia on their latest tour to perform at the historical Tower Theatre.
In a rustic venue stained with the remnants and souls from past performances, Metric contributed their two cents by filling the venue with light and fast-paced electric rock.
From the first song the crowd was instantly on their feet and never saw their seats again. As the show continued attendees left their seats and filled the rows near the stage. The idea of assigned seats was quickly lost. The sound and lights filled the venue as if it was a stadium and the bands presence made you feel as if they were performing just for you. Each song was more energetic than the last. The crowd never stopped moving.
Then, before you knew it the show was over and you were snapped back to reality. Metric gave everyone that attended that moment of disconnection from the world we all crave. And they did it with perfection. Even the escape was only for little over an hour, it was more than appreciated.
