Popped! Philly this weekend…

Popped! is a fest that has a pretty amazing history. It’s started out as a one day festival on Drexel University’s campus and has since exploded into a 2 day music extravaganza that is quite a feast for any indie music junkie.

Popped does a great job of blending the best of the best in the Philly music scene with a number of touring indie bands. Popped! has been host to artist like Vampire Weekend, Crystal Castles, Gogol Bordello, Mates of State, and many other ground breaking artists.

This weekend the lineup is just as stellar as years past. The Shins, The Hold Steady, Pretty Lights, Foster The People, along with Philly greats, Black Landlord, Sun Airway, and more.
