Two time TSI Music Award winners Toy Soldiers are set to release their new album The Maybe Boys on Sept 10th. Last spring, the 5 piece entered into the studio with fellow Philadelphian and Record Producer Bill Moriarty (of Dr. Dog, Man Man fame), to make what they explain as “our first “real” record”. This well anticipated full length was funded in part by their recent successful Kickstarter Campain which ended with a total of 205 backers who pledged enough to reach their goal – and then some.

Whisper Down the Lane is like kindergarten recess, a bunch of random kids making an audible Jackson Pollock painting at the schoolyard,”said lead singer Ron Gallo in a recent press release. “The Maybe Boys is like five blood brothers reunited for our third time at Mardi Gras in New Orleans.”

Here is a sneak listen of the first single “Tell the Teller”.  Heard it before? Yes, Toy Soldier fans have already had the pleasure to hear this song performed live at shows all over the country.  So pickup or download your copy of The Maybe Boys on Sept 10th and get off your ass and check them out in a venue near you!
