WAGONS w/The Dirt Daubers at World Cafe Live, Philly

Australia’s WAGONS didn’t let a little jet-lag and an 11pm show keep them from giving a kick ass performance last Friday at Philly’s World Cafe Live. After a boot stomping opening gig from Kentucky’s The Dirt Daubers, Henry Wagons and his crew of Melbourne based mates took the stage. WAGONS brings with them from down under an Australian twist on Americana and country music. Touring behind the release of their latest album, Rumble, Shake and Tumble, they rumbled and shook the stage with their rockin new songs including the introspective “I Blew It” and an homage to the greatest Texan alive, “Willie Nelson”. While the crowd turnout could of been a bit better, and the time slot a bit earlier, the band powered through an awesome set, jumped all around the stage and had plenty of witty banter in between songs that had the whole crowd laughing.

Catch WAGONS on tour now in the US and pick up the new album today.
