Work Drugs, who have gone from relative unknowns to one of the most talked about bands in the Tri-State area over the past year are throwing a Endless Summer Kickoff tonight at Johnny Brendas. Work Drugs has been enjoying regular airplay on Philly’s WXPN and WHYY and touring in the past with Indie superstars Two Door Cinema Club.
Cold Fronts are touring non-stop over the next month and are honored to open up for Work Drugs tonight at JB’s. Cold Fronts are heavily involved in Philly’s up and coming DIY scene and in the past year they’ve had the opportunity to play at South By Southwest, record 2 tracks at a Daytrotter session, and record their first EP, Pretty American. Last Saturday night Cold Fronts had the pleasure of opening up for Chicago, IL’s, Maps & Atlases at the Depot in York, PA. The band plans to continue to tour throughout northeast until the end of the year and they are set to release a single to college and rock radio this fall.
