Fans of the british rock band You Me At Six had no clue when their upcoming album, Cavalier Youth, would be released in the states. Even when I interviewed bassist Matt Barnes a few months ago, he had a date for the UK but hemmed and hawed for a release in America. But finally we got some good news! The guys have signed to Prospect Park and will be releasing Cavalier Youth in North America (US and Canada) on January 28th.

Cavalier Youth, the band’s anticipated fourth album, include “Lived A Lie” and “Fresh Start Fever.” Songs of which You Me At Six have already released and debuted music videos for. Fresh off a European arena tour with 30 Seconds To Mars and currently touring Australia with Paramore and twenty | one | pilots (what I would give to see this tour), You Me At Six’s Prospect Park signing alludes to major North American plans the band might have in store for 2014.

Check out my interview with Matt Barnes to learn more about the new record and their recent headlining US tour.
