During her tenure at BMG and Sony Music Entertainment, she played a crucial role in radio promotion and marketing, contributing to the success of artists such as Kings of Leon, Maroon 5, John Mayer, Miranda Lambert, and The Strokes.
Transitioning to crafting immersive fan experiences and conceptual concerts for renowned brands, she orchestrated culture-forward campaigns and national tours featuring artists like Mix Master Mike, Phoenix, Spoon, and The Black Keys.
Stephanie served as General Manager at the School of Rock’s national headquarters. She later worked with artists such as Eric Church, Lady A, Brad Paisley, and Rick Ross, establishing and executing concert production contracts.
She managed operations at Tri-State Indie, overseeing a team of 50+ content creators, propelling emerging artists like Fitz and the Tantrums, Imagine Dragons, Gary Clark Jr., and Grace Potter. At its peak, the agency’s content garnered over 800,000 monthly hits and produced music-focused activations with brand partners like Vitaminwater, Chevy, Verizon, and LiveNation.
As Director of Promotion at Reviver Records, Stephanie solidified partnerships with major radio and TV broadcasters, driving high-performance airplay metrics for artists such as Thompson Square, Tenille Arts, and Josh Gracin.
At Crank, Inc., she served as VP of Business Development, leading strategic new business direction and partnerships with key companies and agencies, including Comcast, NBCU, PBS, and various record labels and promoters.
She held board seats with the Recording Academy (GRAMMYs) Philadelphia Chapter for nearly a decade and was elected to the City of Philadelphia mayor-appointed Music Industry Taskforce. Stephanie is a guest speaker at colleges and universities such as Drexel, Temple, Rowan, and Dartmouth and a GrammyU Mentor, inspiring the next generation of music industry leaders.
Mitch Beer’s extensive career in the music industry is marked by his profound commitment to supporting fellow creatives. As a versatile bassist, producer, and studio owner, Mitch has been dedicated to empowering artists to achieve their creative heights. This guiding principle has influenced his collaborative work, his leadership roles, and his entrepreneurial ventures.
Notably, Mitch has production credits on albums like Lil Uzi Vert’s “Pink Tape” and Tierra Whack’s “World Wide Whack.” His collaborations range from major label artists with #1 albums to independent acts like Stereo League and Boy Beverly. His ability to bridge genres—pop, hip hop, and rock—stems from a deep desire to bring out the best in the music and the artists he works with.
Mitch has also worked with industry legends such as 9-time Grammy winner Joe “The Butcher” Nicolo, David Ivory, and Ivan Barias, and toured with groups like the Grammy-winning Digable Planets and the Bacon Brothers. These experiences have not only enriched his own skills but also enabled him to mentor and challenge young artists, fostering a spirit of learning and self-improvement within the music community.
In 2023, Mitch expanded his outreach by posting daily Instagram Reels focused on the music industry. His commitment paid off when a Reel posted on December 19th went viral, sparking a significant increase in his social media following and establishing his profile as a key influencer in the music industry. This viral success has opened new avenues for Mitch to engage with and inspire an ever-widening audience.
Rich is a tech-savvy, egg benedict-devouring, double-dog-dad videographer and photographer, Philly to LA transplant who once rolled off the front of a 6-foot stage (literally) to get that perfect shot because, in the end, it’s all about the angle, right?
As the Co-founder of Tri State Indie and the former Director of Digital Content for WXPN (NPR Music) in Philadelphia, Rich has wielded his camera like Excalibur, capturing the essence of music and performance from indie gems to modern legends like Brandi Carlile and Hozier. His life’s work is to snatch those fleeting moments of magic and pin them down in pixels and frames, creating memories that resonate, entertain, and inspire.
